the team

You will be part of a team of 5 colleagues and will be trained by the Corporate Communications Manager. You will also work closely with your colleagues on partnership development and private fundraising.

Your role in Simavi

Your role will be to raise awareness of the Simavi brand, bring in new Simavi supporters and get them excited and engaged in creative content on all our online channels. You work closely with our engagement specialist when planning and managing campaigns and trips. You operate third parties in website development, social media advertising and SEA advertising. Together with our engagement specialist, you are responsible for websites and digital strategy, in which you play the role of technical expert. It analyzes and improves existing online channels based on the available data. You find it difficult to constantly improve results and learn new possibilities to make campaigns different and better.

What do you bring?

  • Appropriate education at the bachelor’s level
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position
  • You speak and write excellent Dutch and English
  • You think strategically but you are also practical and take the initiative
  • You have experience in SEO, SEA, Conversion Optimization, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics
  • Experience with email marketing platform Clang / CanopyDeploy an added advantage
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Premiere Pro and Photoshop is a plus

We offer you a 12-month contract, 36 hours a week, with the possibility of extension. The salary we offer depends on the number of years of work experience you bring and ranges in total from €2,853 to €4,024 per month for 36 hours per week. The position on the salary scale depends on the number of years of relevant work experience. Our conditions of employment also include: 5 weeks of vacation per year, 8% vacation pay, mobile phone allowance, travel allowance (from >10 km), pension and disability insurance.

Our office is located at Naritaweg 135, a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Train Station. We also offer a mixed work environment with the option to work alternately in the home and office.
