Prepare pumpkin soup

Pumpkin peel. It can be a time consuming task. Make it easy on yourself with a vegetable peeler.

Cut the pumpkin into large pieces and place them on a baking tray with baking paper underneath. Add chopped onions and cloves. The garlic may remain in the peel. They will go into the oven, after which you can easily peel off the skin.

Roast the pumpkin, onion and garlic in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

advice: Do you think peeling such a pumpkin takes a lot of work? Then go get a bottle of pumpkin! You can eat these with the skins on and all – and they taste just as good.

Additional tip: Pumpkin seeds can be dried and skind. Delicious as a snack and in a salad or breakfast muesli.

egg stuffing

Peel the eggs and cut in half. Carefully remove the egg yolk and put it in a bowl. Beat egg yolks with mustard and mayonnaise. Add some Tabasco for a little spice.

Put the egg mixture into a piping bag and fill with hard-boiled eggs.

Cut a green olive in half and place half an olive on top of the filling to make an eye. For a real “Halloween touch”, draw some red lines from the middle. This will give you a venous blood eye.

change advice: spider! We take black olives and cut them lengthwise, half olives on the filling. Use the other half of the olives for the spider’s legs. Cut into slices and put on both sides.

Make the rest of the eggs the way you want them.

popcorn

To stay in the American domains, Hugo makes popcorn. Sweet and spicy, Halloween style.

Put a frying pan on the stove and let it get very hot. Once the pan is hot, add 1 tablespoon of a neutral oil such as sunflower oil.

advice: Provide a lid that fits the pan well.

Put some corn in the pan. Not much, because this cereal will soon become a big popcorn. Wait until you hear the first “pop” and then put the lid on the pan. Be quick with this one, because before you know it, popcorn will be everywhere! Reduce the heat after the appearance of the first corn kernel.

Continue to stir the corn by shaking the pan regularly. Once everything is popped, sprinkle some cayenne pepper and agave syrup over the popcorn. This makes it nice, sticky, and hot.

Connect with Pumpkin Soup

Remove the grilled vegetable tray from the oven. Peel the garlic and add everything to the broth, which should boil over the fire.

Because the pumpkin has been in the oven, it will caramelize well and get a nice dark color. The dark roasted pieces add flavor and depth to your soup.

Put some soup in a bowl. Put some cooking cream in a spray bottle or piping bag and make it whirlpool in your soup. Make lines from the inside out with a skewer until a spider web forms.

Last but not least

As a last dish, Hugo makes an exciting hot dog for Halloween. Turns sausages into fingers. It does this by cutting a piece of sausage at one end, so that an imaginary nail is created.

Make a hot sauce by mixing together the mustard, mayonnaise, and ground jalapeño peppers well.

Take a head or a white ball and put a little sauce on it. Put some sauerkraut on top and add a little crunch to the fried onions. Put your “fingers” on it and dress it all up with some ketchup. Serve with an open bun.

Put everything together in a large plate or bowl and Here you are
